The highly anticipated Kingston development is officially underway on the Corkscrew Corridor in Estero, just past Verdana Village. It’s all starting with Kingston South and Esplanade at Kingston.

In Kingston South, located just south of Corkscrew Road, homebuyers can look forward to stunning single-family and villa homes by Lennar, Pulte, and Neal Communities—each bringing their own signature style and quality craftsmanship.

Cameratta Companies is investing millions into the new Kingston community—one of Southwest Florida’s largest and most environmentally focused developments.
