In Kingston South, located just south of Corkscrew Road, homebuyers can look forward to stunning single-family and villa homes by Lennar, Pulte, and Neal Communities—each bringing their own signature style and quality craftsmanship.
On the north side of Corkscrew Road, Taylor Morrison will introduce Esplanade at Kingston, offering elegant single-family and condo residences centered around resort-style living and signature amenities.
Model homes are expected to begin construction by spring 2026, with opportunities to tour and experience the Kingston lifestyle later in the year.

Cameratta Companies is investing millions into the new Kingston community—one of Southwest Florida’s largest and most environmentally focused developments. Spanning over 6,700 acres between Corkscrew Road and State Road 82, Kingston will dedicate roughly half the property to restored wetlands, wildlife corridors, and environmental preserves that enhance water quality and protect native species like the Florida panther.
The remaining land will feature thoughtfully planned residential neighborhoods, parks, trails, and lifestyle amenities, along with commercial space and a future K-8 school. By transforming former agricultural land into a balanced blend of conservation and community, Cameratta Companies is creating a development that supports both ecological restoration and sustainable growth in Lee County.
